Comprehensive Support for Customer:

Deliver seamless and tailored support to enhance the experience for our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.High Net Worth Case Management:

Provide exceptional case management support for High Net Worth clients, fostering strong relationships with the sales channel to drive business success.Training for Sales Channels:

Provide tailored training to our Sales Channels, ensuring their knowledge for New Business are well-equipped.One-Stop Service Excellence:

Ensure a premier customer experience at our service center, acting as the first point of contact for clients.Operational Efficiency:

Maintain smooth operations and uphold high service quality standards within the customer service center.Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate with supervisors to review and enhance workflows, procedures, and systems, aiming to boost productivity and efficiency.Service Quality Assurance:

Commitment to Quality:

Deliver high-quality services that align with business strategies and regulatory requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.Proactive Dispute Resolution:

Handle customer complaints and disputes promptly, resolving issues in line with our service standards to maintain trust and satisfaction.Additional Responsibilities:

Project Participation:
