This role covers vendor purchase order management for the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets. Daily tasks include:Purchase Order Management

Place purchase orders to vendors, including timely last time buy/bridge buy execution.Follow up on vendor purchase order shipment status.Resolve shipment discrepancies with vendors and the inbound team.Analyze quantity gaps from multiple sources, including customer SO, backorders, and vendor POs.Intercompany stock transfer (Move it / IC transfer request).Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Stakeholder Management

Liaise with supply and demand planning on supply execution to ensure supply coverage on existing sales orders and backorders.Timely communication/escalation on supply shipment status proactively to various commercial teams.What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.3-5 years of experience in supply chain functions.Proficient in Excel or macros.Willing to learn and able to handle complexities in a fast-paced environment.Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.Strong sense of responsibility and urgency.Well organized and a good team player.Preferred:

Experience in JDE system.Work experience in the medical device industry.
