He/she has to identify potential agencies and licensees for Ocean Park IP licensing opportunities. He/she will manage all licensing functions, including but not limited to business term negotiations, agreements, reporting, brand assurance, and invoicing. In addition, he/she will manage budgets and financial forecasts related to licensing projects and provide commercial input on style guide development. Collaborating with the content team and other departments is essential to propel brand enhancement efforts, such as managing social media content, coordinating in-park decorations, and organizing events.Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplinesWith at least 10 years’ working experience in IP licensing business, including at least 4 years in a managerial positionSolid experience in formulating and executing IP licensing strategiesProven track record in new IP development would be an advantageProactive, well-organized and equipped with strong project management skillsStrong negotiation, communications and interpersonal skillsAble to work with a high degree of independence within agreed targetsExcellent command in English, Cantonese and MandarinLess experience will be considered as Licensing ManagerApplicants not contacted within six weeks may consider their application unsuccessful.
