Assist the project leader in the management and execution of drug discovery and development projects, particularly focused on age-related diseases and other therapeutic areas.Regularly report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and executive management on project progress, including updates on timelines, risks, and key deliverables.Oversee all aspects of drug R&D projects, ensuring successful execution from early-stage research through to pre-clinical and clinical trials.Supervise research team members, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and standards while mentoring junior scientists.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines, working to resolve challenges as they arise.Contribute to regulatory filing preparation (e.g., IND applications) and provide data for commercialization strategies.Qualifications & Requirements:
