To continue expanding their footprint in Asia, they are seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager to join their regional team in Hong Kong.ResponsibilitiesPlay a pivotal role in driving the strategic planning and execution of merchandising initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives.Develop and implement merchandising strategies, optimize product assortments, and manage promotional activities to maximize sales and profitability.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with overall business goals.RequirementsMinimum of 8 years of merchandising experience, including at least 3 years in a regional role.Excellent analytical and planning skills.Strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate strategies and plans to diverse audiences.Must speak fluent English.Seniority Level:
