Responsible for managing claims including coverage determination, quantum analysis and legal liability assessment, where appropriate within authority limitsDemonstrate a basic standard of technical claims competence for handling all Travel and Accident & Health Insurance claims to ensure achieving service turnaround time and KPI targetsParticipate in-service meetings with client groupsProvide quality customer services and handle relevant complaint casesAssist in workflow review, continuous claims process implementation and improvementAssist in compiling regular management reportsHandle ad hoc projects such as systems enhancement and reporting as assignedKey Requirements:

Degree holder or tertiary graduate with professional qualifications in insurance or related disciplinesMinimum 2 years of experience in handling Travel or Accident & Health insurance claimsCustomer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skillsGood team player, able to work independently and under pressureResult-oriented and self-motivatedAnalytical and detailed-minded in problem-solvingStrong sense of responsibility with a high level of integrity and trustGood command of both written and spoken English and ChineseSound PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processingSeniority Level:
