Join us and you'll be part of our genuinely collaborative environment, where everyone is supported to make the most of their talents and expertise.Senior Technical Director / Director (Power and Renewable)ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the Power and Renewable team in AsiaControl and management of the whole life cycle of the Power and Renewable projects in the regionWorking closely within a multi-discipline team of engineers, technicians and other professionals to develop engineering designs from concept to detailed design and specificationsLiaise with Clients in relation to project progress, decisions and changes to ensure deliverables are met and produced on time and budgetBe a team leader to develop and grow the team with P&L responsibilitiesAttend design meetings, site meetings and all other project related meetingsResponsible for business proposal/tendering and commercial negotiationsSeek for business opportunities across APAC regions proactivelyRequirementsAn ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:Have a bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant science / engineering disciplineChartered Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalentHave a minimum of 20 years’ experience in the Energy and Renewable sectorHave strong leadership, management and interpersonal skillsHave a good command of written and spoken English.The role will be based in our Hong Kong Office.Near native fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
