Job Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and optimization of virus, cell, and exosome-related projects, establishing plans and executing projects from experimental design to result analysis. Establish and optimize a stable virus expression platform, solve technical issues during the R&D process, and provide guidance on optimizing related process technologies and procedures, with a priority in AAV/LV direction. Be responsible for promoting new formulations and processes for CART/UCART cell culture and exosome production. Participate in the decision-making and advancement of major company projects, providing professional support such as project evaluation and experimental data, and engage in technical communication with clients or partners. Participate in introducing service project clients, external cooperation, and internal project initiation, coordinating group and company resources and teams to ensure smooth progress and high-quality delivery of projects. Minimum Requirements A Ph. D. degree or above in cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related fields. More than 5 years of work experience in the biopharmaceutical or gene therapy industry, with experience in R&D or production of gene therapy drugs, antibody drugs, vaccines, viruses, exosomes, or nucleic acid drugs preferred. Experience in IND/IIT/BLA submission projects preferred. More than 3 years of team management experience, excellent problem-solving skills and stress resistance; excellent communication skills and leadership; business development experience preferred.
