Responsibilities

Research on cutting-edge technologies in artificial intelligence, big data, machine learning, and other fields;

Responsible for the development and construction of intelligent speech technology, especially the research and development of speaker recognition related frontier directions, and formulate technical routes and research plans;

Participate in the strategic planning of the corresponding organization, undertake the work of basic research and general technology breakthrough, be responsible for technology foresight planning, and be responsible for technology leadership;

The construction of the organization of the training of scientists, technology echelon construction;

Undertake the construction of major key projects.

Minimum Requirements

Master degree or above in key universities, computer, mathematics, statistics, data mining, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other related majors;

Have in-depth research or senior work experience in at least one of the following areas: deep learning, natural language processing, search/recommendation algorithm, knowledge representation and reasoning, question answering system, image recognition, statistical machine learning, with more than 10 years of relevant work experience;

With scientific research team management experience, scientific research ability construction experience is preferred.
