We are seeking an experienced and passionate AI Product Manager to join our team at OKX. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and optimizing growth-related AI models, such as LTV prediction, Recommendation, AI operation agent. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive the application of AI in our growth strategies, enhance user experience, and optimize business decisions.What You'll Be Doing

Identify core user needs and design AI-driven products to drive user growth and improve user education.Integrate AI technology into growth-focused products and manage the full product lifecycle.Develop product roadmaps, set phased goals, and create tailored solutions to enhance user experiences.Conduct market research to track emerging AI trends and apply them to fuel user growth.Prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, and performance metrics.Use SQL to extract and analyze data, driving informed decision-making and optimization.What We Look For In You

Strong background in AI applications with a creative approach to integrating AI into growth-related products.Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a similar field.Proficient in agile methodologies, data-driven strategies, and data analysis.Intermediate proficiency in SQL, with experience using data to guide decision-making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions and proactively drive results.Nice-To-Haves

Proficiency in programming languages and tools commonly used in AI/ML (e.g. Python, R, TensorFlow).Familiarity with the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.Familiarity with user growth related AI projects.Benefits
