Assist to execute the business strategy indirectlySupport the Business Head for all relevant business related tasksCoordinate and arrange business head’s schedule, meeting setup, venue booking, logistic arrangementG&E report preparation and review, check on supporting documents upon bank’s policy. Remind team for the policy and relevant changesArrange and support on travel booking with approved agencySupport event client invitation, internal coordination and administrationTake care of the Head office administration related tasksLiaison and cooperation with other support functions/EAs to facilitate the internal arrangement/assignmentsFollow the bank’s relevant policy and ensure proper control and complianceSupport on IT, procurement request and approvalSupport the head in people management and new team members onboarding or exit process handlingFollow relevant policy and procedure, ensure compliance by the team in required functions/tasksExpense and cost control, follow internal control and reporting policySkills and Experience
Relevant executive assistant experience in banking or other financial services organizationsGood communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent at time management and coordinationExperience in event management/coordinationFluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and EnglishAbout Standard Chartered
