We connect with clients, search for targeted products, organize production, and coordinate all parties (quality control, delivery, etc.) to deliver a high-quality, all-inclusive procurement service. We are a young, flexible, but demanding company, growing fast and taking on big challenges. JOB HIGHLIGHTS: Full-time position15 days annual leave (based on full-time contract)Medical allowance after the trial period Company bonus incentive on profit every year for all employees Salary based on 18,000 HKD per month (pro rata for part-time contracts)RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in organizing and tracking sourcing projects, ensuring smooth communication between teams and suppliers Help set up and improve sourcing processes while making sure they meet business needs Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they receive the right products and solutions Maintain good relationships with clients by providing regular updates and addressing their questions Prepare reports and presentations for both suppliers and clients Assist in supplier and client training to ensure smooth collaboration Ensure that sourcing tools and processes are used consistently across all countries Support business growth by identifying opportunities to improve sourcing and client satisfaction QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in customer service, sourcing, or logistics is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese Proficiency in digital tools/CRM such as Monday.com and automation tools is a strong advantage Experience working with suppliers and managing sourcing operations Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips as needed Proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently Well-organized and detail-oriented If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from youSeniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management and Information Technology Industries International Trade and Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
