They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong background in Organization Development to drive strategic HR initiatives. This high-touch role will involve close collaboration with the leadership team to enhance employee engagement, support organizational transformation, and drive talent development.About The RoleCollaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management and talent development programs.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance management and employee engagement.Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR best practices and organizational effectiveness.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.RequirementsProven experience as an HR Business Partner or in Organization Development, preferably within the tech industry.Strong understanding of HR practices and principles, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
