Responsibilities

Manage and lead complex, high risk, mass crowd eventsProvide inputs and suggestions to the Business Development Team, as well as engage in early planning of potential events if requiredAllocate team resources upon receipt of the handover note from the Business Development Team to ensure sufficient resources are reserved to support the events assignedLead, supervise and ensure all EPM team members adhere to the operational guidelines and attain a high standard of service and delivery qualityWork closely with internal stakeholders to ensure strong support for the events is obtained and ensure cross-team collaboration for successful event implementationKeep abreast of the latest guidelines, policies, rules & regulations of relevant government departments/authorities to ensure compliance of eventsMake prompt and sound decisions or prudent adjustments on-site during any critical and unforeseeable situations which may deviate from the agreed plan and may be detrimental to the event or the participantsPerform any ad hoc assignments as requiredRequirementsDegree holder or above in business studies, catering, hotel management, event management or related disciplinesMinimum 12 years of relevant managerial and project management experience, preferably in the exhibition, event or hotel management fieldStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and nurture the teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and interact with all levels of stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsSelf-motivated, open-minded, rational, with good attention to detail and commitmentAbility to think strategically and out-of-the-boxGood command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and MandarinLess experienced candidates will be considered for Senior Manager levelInterested parties please send your CV in WORD format with current/expected salary and notice period to
