As a key member of the sales team, you'll focus on identifying, creating, and driving opportunities for CPaa S offerings, contributing to the overall performance and growth of the business. Your role will be to lead the charge in sales for CPaa S solutions, engaging with account teams, partners, and customers to expand our market share and deliver groundbreaking solutions. Previous experiences of selling into countries across North East Asia preferred (Hong Kong, China, Taiwan). What You'll Do: Drive New Business: Identify new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and engage with top-tier enterprises across various industries to grow revenue. Lead the Sales Cycle: From lead generation to revenue, you'll be the driving force behind moving prospects through the sales process, managing complex deals, and closing them successfully. Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with account teams and product specialists to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer. Define and influence the future roadmap of the service offerings to stay ahead of market trends. Build Relationships: Engage with senior leaders at key accounts, ensuring that their communication needs are addressed while building long-term strategic partnerships. Partner Engagement: Identify and recruit new partners, strengthening the ecosystem and enhancing the value of the solutions you're offering. Sales Enablement & Strategy: Educate internal teams on the CPaa S solutions and value proposition, and collaborate on the development of sales strategies that target the right customer segments. Market Leadership: Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and customer-facing activities, positioning yourself as an expert in the CPaa S and cloud transformation space. What You Bring: Experience: 8-12 years of proven success in selling CPaa S, Saa S, or Unified Communications solutions to large enterprises and service providers. You understand how cloud technology and APIs are revolutionizing industries. Industry Insight: You have an in-depth understanding of the CPaa S market and the trends driving digital transformation. Your knowledge of cloud applications, automation, and voice & messaging solutions is second to none. Consultative Selling: You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and can lead strategic conversations to uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Deal Mastery: You excel in managing large and complex sales cycles, including negotiations, pricing models, and margin analysis. You know how to balance cost, SLA, and scope in complex deals. Strategic Vision: Your ability to think long-term, provide insights on market dynamics, and align offerings with customer requirements makes you a key driver of business growth.
