Your primary objective is to execute our business strategy by minimizing operational risk + operating costs whilst optimizing service delivery and profits across the region. You will do this in close collaboration with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.Your Responsibilities

Build, empower + inspire a high performing team.Manage order management of ISC team in Asia Pacific and collaborate with national members on account operation.Establish standard procedures, drive KPIs, and manage data to improve the sales portfolio.Develop + maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients + internal stakeholders.Enable the team to deliver against operational commitments + development plans.Ensure audit program governance + maturity while documenting + delivering improvement plans.Participate proactively in business reviews + ensure supply chain value roadmaps create mutual value.Drive standardization and scalability of operational processes + control environments.Translate structural/recurring issues + risks into functional requirement specifications for the development of new systems, processes, controls, training, policies + facilities.Support projects + initiatives related to improving customer acquisition, implementations + product/system development.Your Skills and Experiences

Proven track record in leadership + focus on operational excellence, along with strong communication skills + customer-focused approach.Knowledge across our operations + services, possessing key attributes we are looking for in this role.Required: Skilled in sea freight or familiar with freight forwarding business models.Preferred: Educational background in supply chain management.Preferred: Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and tools of digitalization or data visualization.Required: Fluent in English; Chinese is a preferred language.Good Reasons to Join
