Job Description: Hardware - including PCs, dealer boards, and mobile devices (i Tune MDM)Software - including OS and application support for Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, O365 Wyse terminal, Microsoft Teams phone, headset setup, configuration, firmware upgrade, and administration. Set-up of new PCs and software installation/testing (desktop software and trading application clients)Cabling management – include network patching (dataport, patch panel, switchport) for any device endpoint, labeling work, and maintain Cable ID inventory list Basic network troubleshooting on physical connection isolation (e.g cable tester, cable tracing in patch panel)Tier 1 support for voice platform (Microsoft Teams / IPC dealerboard)Work with tier 2 support and International team for problem solving Work with Trade floor support and Service desk on user support System monitoring and patching on Windows and telephone devices Hardware and software support in business areas (Trading floor, Back Office, Management)Hardware and software inventory record management Providing IT support service for users in Asia Regions Requirements: At least 3 years IT support experience Experience working in Banking and Finance industry Experience working in dealing room area will be an advantage Hands-on experience supporting VIP staff locally and from other countries Basic Voice platform knowledge (Microsoft Teams telephony, IPC dealerboard turret, private wire solution)Basic operating system (Windows 10/11), office applications (MS Office, O365), networking knowledge Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Self-motivated and able to work independently Good troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure Need to work for system change during non-office hours.
