Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MPH, PharmD, M.D. or Ph.D.) in a scientific discipline is required.Fluency in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese +/- Mandarin).Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience, especially Medical Affairs related experiences in the pharmaceutical industry.Minimum 5 years of work experience at a managerial level.Experience in working in a multinational pharmaceutical company is required.Proven leadership capabilities with strong influencing skills.Excellent oral and presentation skills.Strong active listening and negotiation skills.Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated high adaptability in changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment independently.Agile, flexible, energetic, reliable, trustworthy, team player.We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.At Novo Nordisk we recognize that it is no longer good enough to aspire to be the best company in the world.
