In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.About this teamOur Health & Wealth team delivers total rewards that reflect our entrepreneurial culture, are market competitive and support our global growth.A day in the life:The Health & Wealth Specialist is a key player in our People & Culture team, responsible for all administrative duties for compensation, benefits and mobility processes across our APAC markets, as well as inputting into benefit design and process improvements. They will need to work in a collaborative and supportive manner within the APAC Health & Wealth Team as well as partnering with many cross-functional departments including Payroll, P&C Partners, Retail Operations and Global Health & Wealth colleagues.Provide first line support for all Health and Wealth (Compensation & Benefits) related queries, including management of the ServiceNow Inbox and provide comprehensive administration support to Senior Health & Wealth Manager to support business prioritiesOwnership of day-to-day benefits management within market (sweaty pursuits, pension, invoice processing and vendor liaison, share incentive plan, tax reporting, healthcare, referral bonus payments, mobility initiation, etc)Administer retail bonus calculations for the region, partner with global counterparts and support the regional Health and Wealth team with the information required in their partnership with the businessSupport compensation processes and improve practices – compensation & benefit market surveys, year-end reviews, etcPartner, coordinate and communicate with third party providers (brokers and vendors) on benefits issues, invoice payments & subsequent payment queriesCommunicate any changes to compensation and benefit activities to wider businessDemonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer serviceSupport the introduction of new systems by performing testing and audits as requiredQualifications:

1-3 years of professional experienceExperience working in a retail environment is strongly preferredStrong attention to detailAnalytically mindedAble to work independently, manage time and prioritise tasksProficient in Microsoft Excel to intermediate level including advanced spreadsheets, pivot tables & vlookupsExcellent communication skills both written and verbal. Fluency in English. Additional Asian languages will be of advantage.Knowledge of Workday and/or understanding of mobility processes preferredMust haves:
