Report to the CFO, and oversee daily finance and accounting operations

Responsible for monthly closing process and prepare consolidated financial statements and annual statutory reports

Participate in business analysis, budgeting and cash flow forecast

Ensure accounting practices comply with local legislation, company policies and accounting standards, including but not limited to co-ordination of the annual statutory audits and review of audited accounts

Handle tax computations and tax returns

Perform ad hoc assignments as required Requirements Bachelor ' s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

Qualified Accountant of HKICPA or equivalent

Minimum 7 years of experience with Big 4 background and commercial exposure

Experienced in people management

Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point

Able to meet tight deadlines, responsible, and self-motivated

Well-organized, detail oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

Those from pure Big4 are welcomed to apply as FM Job Duties Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting/NAV by working closely with outsourced fund administrator and investees across the region

Monitor cash position by providing periodic update to investment team

Review / calculate capital calls, distributions and fee contribution for GP/LP

Excellent in-house opportunity to support HK, Singapore, and Malaysia entities on all tax advisory and related entities

Hands-on calculation of income tax provision, deferred tax incoming and expenses, GST filing, answering enquiries from tax authorities, and work with external tax consultants on compliance matters

Flat structure in a virtual team, and report to Head of Regional Tax
