Job Duties Providing quality support to all distribution channels in relation to payroll payment and licensing operations. Leading a team to ensure smooth and accurate payroll is timely maintained. Conducting payroll and related accounts reconciliation. Reviewing and analyzing distribution expenses. Performing annual taxation filing for distribution sales and responsible for IRD enquiries. Assisting in the recommendation and preparation of sales commission scheme and process. Preparing various analytic reports for management review. Supporting and participating in compensation-related projects. Performing UAT on system projects for new product launches and enhancements of compensation payments. Job Requirements Degree holder in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent. Minimum 8 years' hands-on experience in sales compensation in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years of experience at a supervisory level. Strong communication skills with all levels within the company, analytical, sensitive to figures, and detail-oriented. Result-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
