18/Feb/2025, 3:59:00 PMMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesManaging a project for conducting family-based stepped-care intervention to support perinatal couples and parents across the spectrum of needs and to promote peri-natal mental well-being through community- or hospital-based activities and services;Coordinating the project implementation, overseeing data collection, performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and leading the database construction and management;Coordinating and training team members for recruiting participants in hospital settings and using social media platforms;Leading and designing the framework for participants' follow-ups;Liaising with community parties and partner institutions;Drafting reports and presentations relevant to the project; andPerforming administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned to support the operation of the project.CandidatesA PhD degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences or a related discipline;Strong leadership and project management skills;Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;Able to work independently and effectively in a multidisciplinary team;Have a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; and good coordination, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in managing large-scale projects would be an advantage.Terms and Conditions for AppointmentAn attractive remuneration package, including basic salary and an end-of-contract gratuity will be offered to the right candidates.
