Installation Engineer

based in Hong Kong to join our dynamic team. We deliver multiple signaling projects to our customer MTR with dedication to sustainable and smart mobility in the field of design, engineering, installation, and test & commissioning. We offer an international mobility opportunity for experienced talents.You will be responsible for:Organize and lead the full Project Installation Engineering Team, also from different CountriesProvide the list of deliverables with related schedule and workload, also in accordance with the reference library (analysis of reusable documents, gaps, …)Propose the validation cycle of the documentation (Internal and external: Customer, Subcontractor, …)Report on the progress of the delivery of the document to be provided as per scheduleSupport the PrYM for QCD review of the IE activities, including Risk identification and mitigation proposalInterface with other Project stakeholders – internal or external - for getting needed data, for delivering the IEIdentify and report on issues on documents and drawings delivered and provide REX on the main route cause of issues and on reference library evolutionPerform Site Surveys during preparation and execution phase (if necessary)Liaise with BIM Coordinators to coordinate common Installation Engineering studies and deliverablesEnsure application of D&IS Installation and FO Process for Installation Engineering activitiesIn addition, as Team Leader, he/she will assume the following performance measurements:IE deliverables meeting Projects QCD targetsNumber of documents and drawing versions.Achieve optimizations in projects (Including transfer to LCC of Installation Engineering activities)You are expected to have these credentials:5 years or above experience in design, drafting, or engineering (Project and/or construction experience appreciated)Basic experience in railway site managementStrong knowledge of Railway products and services knowledge on different market segments (Urban, Mainline, F&M)Experience of management by Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectivesEHS backgroundKnowledge of BIM procedures and toolsWilling to work at day and night shifts, and site works (subject to work arrangement).You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
