This mid-senior role will oversee a team of content managers, writers, and product marketing specialists to craft and execute compelling public-facing communication that resonates with our target audience and drives conversions and brand building. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing objectives and enhances brand visibility as a conversational AI conversion platform. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content managers, writers, and product marketing specialists to ensure high-quality output and professional growth. Provide necessary training and coaching to the wider marketing team as well. Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Marketing, product teams, and other stakeholders such as sales and customer success team to create cohesive messaging and prioritize them across all channels. Product Marketing and Sales Enablement: Plan and drive comprehensive communication plans and sales enablement materials for product launches that drive demand and adoption for our products. The strategy shall articulate the product's benefits and use cases plus equip the sales team with tools, resources, and training necessary to effectively communicate product value and close deals. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of various content types with different purposes from branding to education, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media content. SEO and Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversion i.e. MQLs. Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content, maintaining alignment with overall writing brand guidelines. Develop thought leadership content that positions the company as a conversational AI expert and addresses the concerns of enterprise buyers. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and audience needs as a content marketing leader, utilizing insights to inform content decisions and innovations. Project Management: Manage content projects from inception to completion, working with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales & Customer Success to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a Saa S or tech-driven environment. Be result-driven and ownerships in funnel numbers such as MQLs, SQLs. Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing creative teams consisting of designers and writers across regions. Regional experience is a plus. Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and content analytics tools such as GA4, Clarity, Sem Rush. Hub Spot CRM knowledge is a strong plus. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
