Role Overview:

Are you a sporty entrepreneur at heart? Join our Hong Kong retail team as an Omni Sports Leader and unlock your potential under the guidance of a Catchment Sports Leader. As a team member in your Sports Department, you'll be responsible for assisting customers, offering expert product recommendations, handling transactions, and ensuring our store maintains its vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities:

1. Ignite the Sporting Passion and Drive Business Performance:Inspire and delight our sports users by offering innovative and high-quality products/services that ignite their passion for sports.Drive business performance by achieving team sales targets, maximizing revenue, and optimizing profitability.Create an engaging and enjoyable shopping experience, where customers can discover and try out new sports equipment, ultimately leading to increased businesses.
2. Offer Comprehensive Sporting Solutions and Optimize Business Results:Showcase a diverse range of products (new launch, marketplace, second-life) and services that cater to the needs and desires of our sports users.Embrace the excitement of selling across omnichannel, from our vibrant stores to our dynamic online platforms and Decathlon app, driving business growth and expanding our customer base.Craft visually appealing displays that not only immerse our sports users in the world of sports but also strategically promote product tenacity and drive sales.
3. Ensure Availability and Safety with a Smile and Drive Operational Efficiency:Ensure our stores are stocked with a wide array of products, making it easy for sports users to find what they need and driving sales through product availability.Create a welcoming and safe environment, where sport users feel comfortable and supported in their sporting pursuits, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.Optimize operational efficiency by managing resources effectively, minimizing costs, and maximizing productivity to contribute to the overall business performance.
4. Drive Local Sporting Community and Enhance Brand Awareness:Lead the implementation of our omnichannel commercial strategy within your sports, fostering a vibrant and connected sporting community that drives business growth.Collaborate with local sports clubs, organizations, and enthusiasts to create exciting events and initiatives that not only bring people together through sports but also enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities.Celebrate the achievements and successes of our sports users, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared passion within the Decathlon family, ultimately boosting brand loyalty and driving repeat business.


What you bring:

Sports Lover: Your love for sports is infectious, and you can't wait to share it with others. Your deep knowledge and enthusiasm for various sports will resonate with customers.Outgoing and Entrepreneurial: Bring your friendly and outgoing personality to work every day. Approach challenges with a positive attitude and a "Can do" mindset.Work Experience: While previous experience in sports or retail is a plus, it's not a requirement We value your drive, determination, and eagerness to learn and grow.Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication is key. Your ability to engage customers and deliver compelling presentations will drive sales success. Fluency in Cantonese and English is highly desirable, and Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.Creative Thinker and Growth Hacker: We're looking for individuals who can think outside the box.
