  • Manage remittance inquiries from customers and staff
  • Execute inward/outward remittance tasks, including data input, documentation management, and record-keeping
  • Address and handle inquiries/requests from both internal and external partners and customers regarding transaction processing and related issues
  • Conduct activities meticulously and verify them for accuracy
  • Undertake occasional tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experiened in the financial services sector
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese
  • Familiarity with banking operations and practices
  • Skilled in MS Office applications
  • Immediate availability is preferred
