Are you a good match?

You have significant experience in media planning and execution. You have proven experience working in the regional team which you need to collaborate with both Headquarter and the markets in the Asia Pacific region particularly with HK & SEA markets. While you have proven success record in media buying, social media management and/or e-com, you are also an expertise in content creation and media channel management. You are a team player with strong communications skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging and motivating with others.

 

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Regional Media & Digital Manager, you will be responsible to support the growth and expansion of our markets in Asia Pacific Region with key focus in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam. In this role, you will support:

  • Media Planning & Implementation
    • You will strategize and manage with the local markets the annual omni channel media plans to build awareness, drive sales (online & offline) while maintaining luxury brand positioning
    • You will act as the key driver between global & local team to design, execute & measure media plans & efficiency
    • You will review & monitor media budget and be agile to worldwide & market situation for ad hoc updates
    • You will ensure market's media calendar & budget plan are updated on monthly basis to ensure consistency with HQ
    • You will act as the main contact point to review local specific requests & proposal for HQ validation
  • Digital Projects
    • You will support local markets’ digital projects e.g., campaign microsites, local social media platforms, to ensure all abide with global guideline and maintain Maison DNA
    • You will facilitate Online to Offline initiatives
    • You will collaborate closely with relevant parties (Marketing, Event & PR, Digital team) in both local & global level, to ensure digital projects are well managed in timely manner & ensure consistency cross channels
    • You will communicate digital best practices to other markets in the Asia Pacific Region to ensure consistency in digital executions and customer experience across markets
  • Data Analytics and Insight Sharing
    • You will consolidate the data across markets to build own benchmark for optimization
    • You will monitor closely market trends & competitor’s marketing activities and provide insights & learnings
    • You will utilize internal tools to facilitate easy sharing & updating
    • You will share the best practice and post-campaign analysis with relevant parties and key stakeholders
  • Team Collaboration
    • You will ensure effective collaboration with local and global teams, and cross departments
    • You will understand the culture, marketing & retail strategies of each market
