Key Accountabilities:
- Work on system enhancement and projects with System Development Life Cycle including requirement collection and analysis, design, testing and deployment.
- Facilitate discussions with business users to gather requirements, user stories and develop backlogs in order to meet business objectives.
- Create detailed technical feature functionality requirement documents and develop supportive documentation, assist in driving system changes, tracking and monitoring deliverables with relation to fulfilling business needs.
- Work closely with vendors on systems design & enhancements; prepare functional requirements documentation and coordinate request for proposals when required.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies include offering up new ideas and solution by reference to the best practices from international market and base on customer expectations.
- Design and execute creative solutions that elevate the guest experience, leveraging technology and new business models.
General Requirements:
- Degree in in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines with minimum 8 years’ relevant experience preferably in entertainment or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication in English and Chinese with proficiency in MS 365 applications.
- Experienced in handling project execution, hands on including provide first-line support services to operational software systems. Knowledge in ticketing system is a plus.
- Proactive, team player, independent, flexible, willing to take challenges.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
