  • Prepare and analyze monthly AR aging and receivable report
  • Handle reporting information efficiently and on time including regional reporting,
    unallocated cash, overdue premium and bad debts.
  • Monitor and maintain credit control policies and procedures to minimize credit risk and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Review broker credit applications, financial statements, and credit history to make informed credit decisions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, providing them with credit terms, guidelines, and support.
  • Communicate proactively with insurance brokers to resolve payment issues, answer queries, and address concernsskills & experiences required.
    • Associate Degree / HD
    • Proven experience as a Credit Control Officer or similar role in sizable company.
    • Knowledge of credit control principles, practices, and procedures.
    • Advantage to have familiarity with insurance brokerage operations and understanding of insurance premium collection processes.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess creditworthiness and evaluate financial statements.
