Description

Identify, approach and develop new merchant and business partnership opportunities to support credit card customer acquisition and card usage growth
Build and maintain good working relationships with merchants, external partners and internal stakeholders to drive business results
Support the execution of partnership campaigns, customer acquisition activities and card usage / activation initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams on campaign setup, onboarding flow, operational arrangement and post-launch follow-up
Conduct market research and collect competitor / industry intelligence to identify new business opportunities and recommend improvement ideas
Track partnership and acquisition performance, prepare regular management reports, and provide data insights to support business planning
Review customer journey and onboarding process, and recommend practical enhancements to improve conversion and user experience
Support ad hoc business projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned

Requirements

Diploma holder or above, or equivalent qualification at HKQF Level 3
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, merchant acquisition, partnership development, sales or related fields
Exposure to credit card, unsecured lending, payment, merchant partnership or customer acquisition business is preferred
Self-motivated with strong business sense and good interpersonal skills
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and follow through on execution
Good analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidates with immediate availability will be an advantage
Fresh graduates / candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Officer, Operations & Partnerships
