FICC RM

Role Act as a senior strategy and relationship manager for the FICC business, focusing on financial institution clients. Work closely with sales teams to market the firm's product offering and develop strategic initiatives to grow client engagement. Liaise with back office and middle office teams on onboarding, settlements, credit risk, and operational processes to ensure smooth execution. Organise and manage reporting to senior management on business performance, client activity, and strategic priorities. Drive process improvements and enhance client experience through coordination across internal stakeholders. Requirements Minimum 10+ years of experience in FICC markets, with strong understanding of fixed income and derivatives products. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic business initiatives. Strong knowledge of operational processes including onboarding, settlements, and credit risk management. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across sales, trading, and support functions. Mandarin and English fluency required. Strong analytical and organisational skills; ability to produce clear and actionable management reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
