We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer , Cash and Trade Processing Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Cash and Trade Proc Analyst2 - C10) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you're expected to: Perform reconciliation, risk and control checks for all banking transactions; ensuring that it is in compliance with Citi policies and procedures while meeting the regulatory requirement. Conduct callbacks to clients for verification and confirmation of high-value transactions. Perform pre-processing control checks for all fund transfer transactions Escalate the exceptions and ensure proper approvals obtained and on time. Assist in implementing measures and process improvements to increase productivity and ensure its quality. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve processing issues and improve efficiency. As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure: 1-3 years of experience in a related role Relevant Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Working at Citi is far more than just a job.
