Officer, Cash and Trade Processing Analyst Citi Kowloon City District, Hong Kong SAR In this role, you’re expected to: Perform reconciliation, risk and control checks for all banking transactions; ensuring compliance with Citi policies and procedures while meeting regulatory requirements. Conduct callbacks to clients for verification and confirmation of high‑value transactions. Perform pre‑processing control checks for all fund transfer transactions. Escalate exceptions and ensure proper approvals are obtained and on time. Assist in implementing measures and process improvements to increase productivity and ensure quality. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve processing issues and improve efficiency. As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure: 1‑3 years of experience in a related role. Relevant degree or equivalent industry experience (preferred). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
