The Role AVP/VP/ED, Business Management & Middle Office, IBD Key Accountabilities Comprehensive risk management of the investment banking business line, including but not limited to, the construction of a comprehensive risk management system, system building, risk assessment, risk screening, authorization and system parameter management, product life cycle management, formulation of risk plans and emergency management; Compliance management of the investment banking business line, including but not limited to: supervising the compliance of business, issuing independent risk control compliance opinions, timely following up on the formulation and update of departmental rules and regulations in accordance with the latest regulatory and internal requirements, business and risk authorization management of this department, regular quality monitoring and spot checks of projects, review due diligence plans, procedures, and results for IPO projects; examine ECM and DCM's book-building, pricing, and allocation rationale; oversee implementation of legal advice and legal documentation, and related work on anti-money laundering and sanctions, etc; Responsible for stress testing, risk planning and emergency management-related work, and properly deal with extreme risks. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree or above holders with a lawyer qualification certificate; Minimum 7 years of relevant risk management, legal and compliance work experience in offshore investment banking or financial industry; candidates with over 2 years of full time working experience in Hong Kong or overseas is considered as an advantage; Good communication skills, with understanding in capital markets; Capable to work under demanding environment, willing to work overtime from time to time as necessary; Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, with a good command of written and spoken English.
