China Corporates - Relationship Management (SOE/POE) Overview Our client is a reputable Asian bank with well-established coverage and product teams which collaborate closely with specialised teams in Transaction Banking, DCM, Markets, and Structured Finance to provide seamless solutions for corporate clients. This individual is expected to have a strong China coverage working history and track record in the Corporate Banking industry. Your New Role: Strengthen existing client relationships and onboard new clients with high potential across China provinces (Especially Southern / Western / Eastern China) Promote a range of banking products, including deposits, IPO, Syndicated Finance, trade finance, supply chain financing, DCM, and treasury products etc., ensuring top-quality service. Drive the wholesale banking business by increasing the number of accounts, loan and deposit balances and other fee-based products. Structure banking facilities and prepare credit. Conduct timely annual reviews of credit facilities. What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of client coverage experience in the commercial banking sector, focusing on mid-caps with an excellent sales track record in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta region. Strong credit and business acumen in the China Corporates space, with relevant client and industry knowledge. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
