About the Role

As a Corporate Liaison Manager with China Harbour Engineering Co. Ltd, you will be responsible for maintaining open communication with the public and ensuring effective collaboration with District Councils and other stakeholders.

  • You will work closely with the Project Manager and Supervisor to develop and implement effective public engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle public enquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and disseminate press releases, media advisories and other communications materials as required.
  • Attend public consultation forums and prepare presentation materials to maintain open communication with the public.
  • Liaise with District Councils and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and coordination.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, papers and presentation materials for District Council meetings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in communication, public relations or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public affairs, community relations, complaint handling, corporate communications and crisis management.
  • Proficient in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
