The Treasury & Markets (T&M) division delivers comprehensive solutions tailored to meet the hedging and investment requirements of our clients, with a strong regional focus. Responsibilities

· Execute the Bank's Operational Risk Management Framework and processes to ensure a robust operational environment.

· Develop, maintain, and effectively disseminate operational risk documentation, including mandates, policies, standards, and process maps within the unit.

· Lead and facilitate the Quarterly Business Risk Review with senior stakeholders, emphasizing key risk and control issues and trends.

· Monitor and track issues and action plans arising from risk events, routine control assessments, KRI reporting, regulatory or audit exercises.

· Serve as the Complaint Handling Officer (CHO) for T&M, managing and investigating complaints and litigation in collaboration with customers and support units.

· Advocate for the integration of data analytics and visualization tools to enhance the quality of Risk reporting.

· Foster a culture of risk and control awareness within T&M.

Requirements

· A university degree in Banking, Finance, or related fields.

· At least 5 years of experience in treasury and markets-related business and control processes.

· Strong understanding of treasury products and operational risks in the treasury landscape.

· Relevant experience and knowledge of Global Markets businesses in Product Control, Middle Office Operations, or Risk is advantageous.

· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and control.

· Ability to balance business expediency with risk and control considerations.

· Demonstrated sense of ownership and capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at various levels.
