Sales Role Summary

This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Hong Kong and Macau. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Key Account Management or Trade Marketing/Marketing and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Hong Kong and Macau.">

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retailers in the region.">

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement trade marketing programs that meet customer needs and drive business results.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

1. A Bachelor's Degree in related fields.">

2. 4-6 years of experience in FMCG Sales, including Key Account (KA) Sales roles, and ideally in Trade Marketing/Marketing.

3. Strong understanding of strategy and its execution in the Hong Kong market.

">

4. Strong financial and commercial acumen.

">

5. In-depth experience with Category Management and the ability to implement a category-centric go-to-market approach.

">

6. Proven experience in managing diverse retail customers and/or selecting and developing multiple distributors to build mutually beneficial partnerships and drive long-term growth.

">

7. Experience in developing customer plans and executing trade and shopper marketing programs with excellence.
