Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably with global and local sourcing exposure. The successful candidate will be responsible for vendor management, cost-saving initiatives, supplier relations, and local sourcing exploration. They will also stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to procurement and sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
The Sourcing Manager will ensure a high-quality and efficient vendor base, maintain an approved vendor list, and strengthen supplier management and performance in terms of cost, delivery, quality, and service. They will also be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving continuous cost reduction and alternative sourcing strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess strong negotiation and contract management skills, knowledge of the SAP system, and familiarity with RoHS & WEEE standards and requirements. They will also be proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and willing to travel to factories and suppliers in China and Vietnam.
