In this role, you'll be responsible for providing expert-level IT support and troubleshooting, managing key IT systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert-level IT support and troubleshooting, ensuring employees stay productive with minimal disruption

  • Owning and optimizing key IT systems, including communication tools, project management platforms, and access controls

  • Troubleshooting complex networking issues, including VPN connectivity, DNS resolution, IP configurations, and cloud-based security settings

  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and best practices

What We Look For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support and systems administration

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

  • Experience working in global, remote-first environments

  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
