Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Officer to oversee and manage our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products. The successful candidate will collaborate with suppliers, forwarders, customers, and logistics partners to monitor procurement activities and shipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide logistics support, arrange remote shipments, monitor material delivery, handle import and exports, and prepare shipping documents for projects across Hong Kong.
  • Manage orders, shipments, and deliveries by liaising with suppliers, forwarders, and customers.
  • Verify invoices from suppliers and maintain accurate proof of delivery records.
  • Coordinate shipping outcomes and Custom Declarations while updating Project Managers on delivery status.
  • Manage Purchase Orders and fulfill sale order deliveries in Taiwan, Singapore, and Thailand.
  • Manage warehouse activities, coordinate ingoing and outgoing materials, monitor inventory status, and execute the inventory control policy by conducting cycle counts, stock takes, and updating system inventory records.
  • Convert customer orders into purchase orders and reconcile purchase and delivery records with external and internal suppliers.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management and above.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics and shipping with Import-Export International trade and transport.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
  • Experience in utilizing ERP system is preferable.
