The successful candidate will have a higher diploma or degree in electrical engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years at a supervisory level. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a valid Hong Kong driving license and Authorised Person (Electrical) qualification.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of technical staff or contractors for high voltage and low voltage asset replacement works, testing, and commissioning.
  • Take daily site inspection records of project progress, work safety, and quality.
  • Inspect work safety and quality in compliance with corporate, contract, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in planning and organizing work execution to ensure good site progress.
  • Support project administration of project documents, site records, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with other departments on work execution to ensure reliable and safe railway operation.
  • Perform Authorized Person (Electrical) duties for power equipment outages when required.
