Part-time Warden

Job Summary

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Part-time Warden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our youth members, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overnight support and assistance to youth members, including handling emergency situations and providing care and guidance as needed.
• Assist in the daily operations of our youth programs, including administrative tasks and training activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of our programs.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above education level.
• Able to handle basic computer word processing.
• First-aid certificate is preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
• Good problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Mature and able to handle problems independently.
• Caring and patient individual with a strong commitment to youth development.

Additional Requirements

• Compliance with government anti-epidemic requirements, including completion of a minimum of three doses of the COVID-19 vaccination or provision of medical proof.
• Undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) if job duties involve frequent contact with children.
