Job Title: Part-time Warden

Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time warden to join our team at The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our youth members, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overnight support and supervision to youth members
  • Assist with daily activities and programs
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the camp
  • Collaborate with other staff members to achieve program goals

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above education
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Caring and patient attitude

Additional Requirements:

  • Completion of a first-aid course
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
