The appointee will be responsible for overseeing the operation of a transgenic facility, providing services related to mouse transgenesis, embryological, and reproductive biological services; rodent breeding and supplying to research users; managing an animal facility quality control program and conducting related laboratory tests; assisting in the management of laboratory animal facility operations; assisting in facility inventory, equipment, and building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage a transgenic facility to provide services related to mouse transgenesis, embryological, and reproductive biological services.
- Manage rodent breeding and supplying to research users.
- Conduct laboratory tests and manage an animal facility quality control program.
- Assist in the management of laboratory animal facility operations.
- Assist in facility inventory, equipment, and building maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related disciplines.
- Extensive experience in mouse preimplantation, embryo manipulation, and laboratory management.
