The Role

We are seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group and individual Pilates sessions, designing personalized exercise programs, and providing clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure clients perform exercises correctly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group Pilates classes, including mat and equipment-based sessions, to promote whole body wellness and fitness.
  • Design and implement personalized exercise programs tailored to the needs and goals of each client, taking into account their physical limitations and abilities.
  • Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure clients perform exercises correctly and safely, and assess their progress to adjust programs as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout space, including Pilates equipment, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Pilates techniques and practices to provide the best possible service to clients.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing motivation and support to help them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Promote and encourage the use of other services and programs offered by the facility, such as private sessions and group classes.
  • Ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, regardless of their fitness level or background.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have a strong understanding of Pilates principles and techniques, and are certified to teach Pilates classes.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder, able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments, able to adjust to new situations and challenges.
  • You are a strong team player, able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
