Whatever your reasons for coming to us are, your instructor will work with you using a holistic approach to whole body wellness will help you improve your wellbeing. Whether you suffer from chronic back pain, tightness in your neck and shoulders, old injuries, or whether you have recently given birth or simply want to get back into exercise and don’t know where to start, our instructors know exactly what to do and how to get you the results you want and need.

Our dedicated team of highly-qualified instructors is here to guide and support you as you develop your new upgraded body. Walk in or contact us using the form below and we’ll work out a plan to help you become your best self in the most sensible way possible.

You can schedule private sessions, either 1-on-1 with your instructor or together with a friend or you can join scheduled group Pilates classes, chosing from Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Jungle Sports Fitness classes.

We keep our classes small so you will get the attention you want or need, and we keep you moving in all the right ways. Your body will learn the Pilates movements and you will feel confident while improving your body, supporting your wellness, strength and fitness goals.

The Role

Position Overview: We are seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients improve their fitness through Pilates and will have a strong understanding of Pilates principles and techniques. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead group and individual Pilates sessions, ensuring a high level of instruction and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group Pilates classes, including mat and equipment-based sessions.
  • Design and implement personalized exercise programs tailored to the needs and goals of each client.
  • Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure clients perform exercises correctly and safely.
  • Assess clients’ progress and adjust programs as needed to meet their fitness goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout space, including Pilates equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Pilates techniques and practices.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing motivation and support.
  • Promote and encourage the use of other services and programs offered by the facility.
  • Ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
