Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Officer to join our Logistics team at JPC Corporation. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth processes.

The successful candidate will have a diploma or above in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in 3PL warehousing. They should also possess excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin. Basic computer operation knowledge is a must.

In this role, you will work closely with the Logistics team to lead the warehouse team for daily warehouse operations. You will manage warehouse resource allocation, handle and transport warehouse goods, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, have good communication skills, and be able to lead by example. A Forklift license holder is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions:

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, and Saturday, 9am-1pm (alternative Saturday off after probation). The employee will receive 13 months salary plus performance bonus, annual leave of 12 days, medical and dental insurance, and banking holiday.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily warehouse operations
  • Lead the warehouse team for daily warehouse operations
  • Work closely with Logistics team
  • Handle and transport warehouse goods
  • Manage warehouse resource allocation

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Diploma or above in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in 3PL warehousing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Basic computer operation knowledge
  • Forklift license holder (preferred)
