Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive and lead design in our DeFi Wallet. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, testing, and improving our product that enables customers to explore decentralized finance and apps.
Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end resolution of complex design challenges, transforming customer insights and data analytics into innovative concepts that drive the development of new products and features.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly engineers, to ensure a seamless transition from concept to iterative development and final product release.
- Take a leadership role in partnership with product managers, contributing to the definition and evolution of our product roadmap and shaping the direction of our offerings.
- Foster collaboration among designers across the organization, elevating the overall design standard and continuously enhancing our design processes, principles, and tooling to keep us at the forefront of industry innovation.
- Leverage your extensive experience to mentor and guide other designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design team.
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products/services in a B2C environment.
- A solid portfolio of work that contains examples of design for digital products and services.
- Interest in DeFi and experience trading crypto and exploring web3.
- Expert-level skills in crafting intuitive and engaging consumer-facing experiences for both web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to identify gaps and overlaps in the user journey with a keen focus on excellence in UX thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong command of design principles, ensuring designs meet and exceed aesthetic and functional expectations.
- Exemplary written communication skills, enabling clear articulation of design rationale and strategy.
