Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, overseeing all aspects of brand development, product launch, and digital strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, customer engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales in both direct retail and B2B segments.
  • Oversee product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to successfully launch new products or reposition existing ones.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to analyze customer data, improve customer engagement, and enhance retention strategies.
  • Develop and execute a seamless O+O marketing strategy that integrates both online and offline channels.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights to inform business decisions.
  • Track and report on marketing and campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and achieve targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in product marketing within the retail/consumer industries.
  • Leadership experience is preferred; ability to inspire and mentor.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English.
